We recommend that you reserve the items you need to assure they will be available. Some reservations require a 25% deposit and the understanding of our rental contract. Please do not e-mail any orders. E-mailed orders are not accepted.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of possession to the time of return. Prices quoted are for one day's use. There are shorter and longer rates available. Please call for details. There will be a charge for items not returned clean and for missing or broken items. Payment in full is due prior to or at the time of delivery. We need 3 weeks notice on all cancellations or order adjustments. Customer shall pay 50% of total due as liquidated damages in the event we are not given at least 3 weeks notice on cancellations or order adjustments. A$25 processing fee will also be imposed in the event customer cancels and needs a refund on deposit. Delivery charge will apply in certain areas.
Supplies for spin art, popcorn machines, casino games, cotton candy machines, Snowie cone machines, coffee makers, frozen beverage machines and propane for grills/tent heaters cost extra.
An extra charge will apply for any tent or moonwalker used on asphalt. We must be told at time of your reservation what surface any tent or moonwalker will be used on. Only grass or asphalt areas are acceptable. Decks or concrete areas are most times not acceptable. When renting only tables and chairs, a service charge of 25% will apply for setup.
